Schedule Change Request
Schedule change requests will be accepted July 16th, 2026 (4:00 PM) to July 22nd, 2025 (11:59 PM). Students are permitted to complete only one form.
Our counseling department is committed to making every effort to honor students' scheduling requests. Requests are considered carefully; however, availability may be limited by previous enrollment, full classes, or scheduling conflicts.
A member of the counseling department will provide feedback once requests are filled. You will be contacted by email if we cannot make a change to your schedule.
New schedules will be provided at Open House. Please be sure to pick one up because your schedule may still shift as classes change, etc.

Transcript Requests
Use the link below to request a Latta High School transcript.
Please be aware that while test scores can be forwarded, most schools want scores sent directly from testing organizations, i.e., College Board, etc.
When filling out the request, please provide a valid/working email address that you can access.
Students requesting records that are not currently enrolled or who have graduated more than a year ago will be charged a $5.00 fee.
Please do not duplicate requests.

Melanie Blanchard is the school counselor at Latta High School. Before becoming a school counselor, Melanie taught history in Latta, SC. She currently teaches Theory of Knowledge while also serving students as a school counselor. Melanie earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Winthrop University. She recently graduated from Liberty University obtaining a Masters in School Counseling. Melanie lives in Sellers, SC with her husband and two children. Melanie often says, " … and You CAN. You've GOT this!"
Shelley Godbolt
Mrs. Goldbolt helps with student services. She manages the front desk while working with attendance and student records. She has worked within the Latta Schools district since 2025.

Leigh Sloan serves Latta High School as the school Career Counselor.
