Come out and join us for the Rock Your Socks 5K on March 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Latta High School Track in celebration of World Down Syndrome Day.
This fun and meaningful event encourages participants to wear their most colorful mismatched socks to help raise awareness for Down syndrome. The socks represent chromosomes, and individuals with Down syndrome have an extra copy of chromosome 21. It’s a simple and fun way to spark conversations and celebrate differences while supporting an important cause.
Whether you run, walk, or just come to show your support, we would love to see you there! A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the National Down Syndrome Society, helping support advocacy, education, and resources for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
