Dillon District Three will hold eLearning days on Monday, February 2, 2026 and Tuesday, February 3, 2026 due to the expected inclement weather and icy conditions from Winter Storm Gianna. Please review your local news stations with regards to keeping your family safe during this time.

eLearning Day Expectations:

 ·       Students, school employees, and district employees will work from home. Supervisors will coordinate work assignments for their departments.

·       Assignments are required to be turned in within FIVE SCHOOL DAYS.

o   Each student who turns in assignments on time will be marked present.

o   Those students who do not will be marked UNEXCUSED.

·       Only students in grades 1 - 12 will have a Chromebook sent home. 

·       Students in grades K-8 should plan for 5.5 hours of instruction and work time.

·       Students in grades 9-12 should plan for 6 hours of instruction and work time.

·       Parents are expected to read the information sent home.

·       Teachers will be available during school hours to support students and answer questions via Google Classroom, email, and/or Rooms (see Viking app).

In the event that the snow prevents us from returning to school on Wednesday, the district will send out another message.
