Use of School Facilities

1. Persons wishing to use the school facilities should make sure the purpose of the use is within Latta School Board Policy (KF) and should refer to fees charged for use (KF-E).

2. A letter requesting use of the facilities should be sent to the principal of the building involved. Click here to find contact info at each school. The letter should include the following:

  • Date(s) and length of time,
  • Purpose(s),
  • Reponsible party with contact information,
  • Non-profit or fee waiver request (if applicable).

3. The written request of facility use should be made at least 2 months in advance of the intended use.

4. The Director of Operations will contact the responsible party with approval or denial of use and the next steps to proceed.
